there has been torrential rain all day in toronto. i had an interview this morning and arrived at my destination soaked to the skin! umbrellas don't stand a chance in this wind! unfortunately, it is appearing that our poor garden is stuck in an epic battle against the elements. lily-kitten is distraught at being kept indoors.
it's a movie and books with tea kind of day.

It's been raining all day in Stockholm too. And I'm also sending out applications and going to interviews. Today I staid in though, with a pot of tea and Emma Bovary. I'm not complaining, no siree Bob! I hope you get the job - if it's a good one - and that tomorrow is all sunshine and sweet smiles in Toronto.
ReplyDeleteit's still raining here! it's supposed to continue for a few days. i've been doing the same thing - staying in with books, movies, and tea. and also patiently waiting for a call for this job. fingers crossed! i hope it's atleast sunnier in stockholm than it has been here! although i will admit, the cold rain is a pleasant break from the humidity ;)
